MEET DR. LANG

dr. lang

Dr. Morgan Lang is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, happy smiles. The only female orthodontist in Northwest Louisiana, Dr. Lang is uniquely qualified to provide exceptional expert care, in a comfortable, reassuring environment.

“For me, orthodontics is more than straightening teeth; it’s about helping people gain confidence and feel good about themselves.”

Dr. Lang’s commitment to healthy smiles goes beyond her patients; Dr. Lang travels to over 20 schools in the Shreveport-Bossier area to educate classes on health and nutrition, and to encourage children to care for their teeth from an early age.

Dr. Lang also remains very involved in the community, with particular interest and investment in charitable organizations like Susan G. Komen, Red Nose Day, and local school events. She is also involved in the Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier and St. Joseph Catholic Church.

“I am proud to be part of a community that values philanthropy. I’ve lived everywhere from New Orleans, to Orlando, to Washington D.C., to New York, and I remain convinced that there is no better place than northwest Louisiana.”

Dr. Lang loves embracing her playful side – here are a few fun facts!

  • During college, Dr. Lang participated in an internship at Disney World, where she was a cast member.
  • Dr. Lang participated in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade for over 10 years as a clown; she attended clown training and appeared as characters like a party hat and a musical instrument.
  • Each year, Dr. Lang hosts a special fundraiser for the Red Nose Day campaign, which raises money for impoverished children. She happily wears a red nose, wig, tutu, and tiara to promote the event, and is even willing to take a pie to the face for this special charity!

Dr. Lang and husband Eric Lang have two young children, as well as two Frenchies, who were the inspiration for the office mascot, Bracket.
